Account and data deletion

Delete the account and data for the product you use.

Hosted accounts

Use the account-deletion control in the product or email privacy@wrenfoundry.com with the product and account identifier. We verify the requester, explain the effect on shared workspaces and subscriptions, and delete the account and associated personal data except records that law or a customer agreement requires us to retain. Closing an account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by an app store; use that store’s subscription controls.

Local browser tools

Delete saved items through the extension’s controls or remove its storage in your browser. Uninstalling an extension removes its extension-owned local storage under the browser’s rules. Files exported or downloaded outside the extension remain where you saved them and must be deleted there.

Corporate website and DueFiles

The WrenFoundry corporate website has no user account. Request deletion of correspondence or other website information at privacy@wrenfoundry.com. For DueFiles, use its account controls or contact privacy@duefiles.com; its privacy notice governs the request.
